Refunds and Return Rule

The domestic and international orders are usually given a 15-day refund policy on undamaged and unused items. Where there are broken or faulty items, we will go out of our way to incur extra costs in order to rectify the situation. Any returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and it can be given after consulting our customer support team. Domestic Orders, Refunds, and Returns

The upside to our international returns policy is that it is like an extension of the domestic one, though a few variations exist. The customers do not pay extra charges on any customs clearance fees, tax, or other expenses on the products brought back to the country of origin. PetNG, however, does not refund any customs fees or any taxes that a customer might have paid on the product when it was first imported to his/her respective country.
Just like in our home policy, we can accept products which have been fully used, but have never been worn/used, provided our customer care management team is informed and an RMA number and returns procedure are given. In cases where it is established that the goods were defective or broken, PetNG will remit some of the amounts that it spent on shipping goods back to their countries of origin.
On the other hand, any other form of international returns, with the customer contacting the company to start the returns process, and the cost of returning the products by the shipping line will be on the customer. Customs and duties taxes, which were incurred at the time of importation originally and paid by the customer to PetNG, cannot be refunded.
Refunds Process
After we have received your defective product and inspected it to ensure the reported condition (used/too heavily damaged or determined to be damaged/defective), we will automatically give you your money back. Usually, this is done 7 business days after verification. The amount that you will be refunded is credited against the original method of payment that you had used when doing your initial purchase. As PetNG can process the refund in 1 working day, the exact timeframe it will be shown on your bank or credit card statement will depend on how long it takes your particular financial organization to process it.
